Terms of Service.
These terms govern your use of this website. They are not the agreement for a program. Any program we run for you is governed by a separate written contract.

01
Accepting these terms
By using this site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
02
What this site is
This site describes programs Access Silicon Valley offers and lets you request information or a proposal. Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance, a guarantee of availability, or a quoted price. Program content, dates, speakers, venues, and experiences are illustrative and subject to change.
03
Inquiries are not bookings
Submitting a form starts a conversation. A program is only booked when both parties sign a written agreement covering scope, dates, cost, and cancellation. Until then no seat, date, or price is reserved for you.
04
What you agree to
- Give accurate information when you contact us, and do not submit someone else's details without their permission.
- Do not use the site to send unlawful, misleading, or abusive content.
- Do not attempt to break, overload, scrape at scale, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems.
05
Our content
The text, design, photography, program methodology, and materials on this site belong to Access Silicon Valley or are used with permission. You may read and share links to them. You may not republish, resell, or use them to build a competing program offering without our written consent.
06
Third party names and marks
Company names shown on the ecosystem map identify the approximate Bay Area location of well known technology companies. They are used as geographic reference only. No affiliation, endorsement, sponsorship, or partnership with any named company is stated or implied, and all names and marks remain the property of their owners.
07
Links out
Where we link to another site, including an event registration page, we do not control it and are not responsible for its content or its handling of your data. Its own terms and privacy policy apply.
08
No warranty
This site is provided as is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or that the information on it is complete or current at every moment.
09
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Access Silicon Valley is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Liability arising from a program we deliver is governed by the written agreement for that program, not by these terms.
10
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and the state and federal courts located in California have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about this website.
